Honda 2005 CR-V Hatch Indicator Light malfunction

 I've taken our Honda 2005 CR-V into the dealer multiple times to repair the hatch door latch so that the indicator light on the dash doesn't keep flickering and automatic door locks work. Now that this car is out of warrantee, the dealership is out of the picture. If possible, I just want to disconnect the sensor or fuse that involves this indicator. I'm not sure the info I'm looking for is in a service manual or electrical manual, etc. ($80 USD). I would like to know if anyone knows how to FIX this!!!!!
